Vendor Questions

Before buying a tool (chat widget, HR portal, analytics), ask:

1. "Do you have a VPAT (Voluntary Product Accessibility Template)?"
2. "Can you demo the product using only a keyboard?"

Red Flags

• "We are 100% compliant." (Impossible claim).
• "We use an overlay to fix accessibility." (Avoid).
• "We rely on automated testing." (Insufficent).

Tab through their demo page. If you can't reach the 'Sign Up' button with a keyboard, don't buy it.
