By accessing or using the Core Accessibility website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.
Core Accessibility provides services through the Core Scanner platform, including project workspaces, scan execution, issue workflow management, integrations, and export features such as PDF reports and VPAT documents. We also offer optional consulting services such as audit interpretation and remediation guidance under separate commercial terms. Those consulting services are advisory only and do not guarantee outcomes, compliance determinations, or certification.
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You may not:
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and design elements, is the property of Core Accessibility and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.
Educational resources and guides published on our website are provided for informational purposes. You may share links to our resources but may not reproduce them in full without attribution and permission.
Subscription tiers, usage limits, and feature access are defined by your selected plan. If your organization purchases additional onboarding or implementation support, those services may be governed by a separate order form or statement of work. Any optional consulting support remains advisory and separate from the Core Scanner subscription.
We treat workspace data and scan findings as confidential and will not disclose customer-specific information except as required to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, or with your explicit authorization.
Core Scanner is provided on an "as-is" basis. Automated scanning results may not identify every accessibility issue and do not constitute a legal determination of compliance. Consulting guidance is advisory and implementation outcomes depend on your organization's execution. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the applicable service period.
The information provided on our website, including educational resources and articles, is for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute legal advice. We recommend consulting with a qualified attorney for specific legal questions regarding accessibility compliance.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our website or services at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to our business or other users.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
